В среднем порция фруктов – это 1 большой плод или 2 среднего размера. 🔸Когда хочется соленого. Если хочется соленых продуктов, то организм страдает от нехватки хлоридов. Для того чтобы восполнить их нехватку, на постоянной основе начать приправлять салаты нерафинированной морской солью. 🔸Когда хочется кислого. Возможно, в вашем рационе преобладают трудноусваиваемые продукты, и организм для облегчения своей работы пытается повысить кислотность желудочного сока. При простуде вас тоже может потянуть на кислые фрукты и ягоды – отличный источник витамина С. Выбирайте блюда с умеренным содержанием жира и не смешивайте много продуктов в один присест. Избегайте жареной, пересоленной и чересчур острой пищи, а также той, которая прошла чрезмерную термическую обработку. Орехи, семечки, фрукты, бобовые и стручковые решат эту проблему, если употреблять их регулярно. 🔸Когда хочется жирного. Когда регулярно хочется жирной и высококалорийной пищи, значит, организм ощущает нехватку кальция. Большое его количество содержится в брокколи, кунжуте, стручковых и бобовых. Помимо кальция в брокколи содержатся омега-3-жирные кислоты, клетчатка, витамин С. А кунжут подпитают организм кальцием, белком, полинасыщенными кислотами, железом, фосфором, цинком.

Yesterday I was out all day at a music festival and had some drinks, ate a (fairly healthy) falafel wrap and late night pizza, I delayed my first meal because I actually wasn’t hungry (that’s what happens when you eat half a family pizza at midnight.. 🙀 #dontjudgeme ) I was straight back in the kitchen with a big glass of water mixed with apple cider vinegar and greens powder to hydrate, provide my body with vitamins and aid digestion for the day. I also made a delicious sweet chocolate caramel smoothie for breakfast which was full of protein, fibre, antioxidants, omega 3/6 and healthy fats ✅ This was the tofu scramble that I had a few times this week for breakfast or lunch - so tasty and nutritious - with lots of nutritional yeast of course!! It is a bit of an acquired taste but I am soooo obsessed now 🙄

Crumble de Avena y Frutos Rojos (Vegan, Sin Harina) MUY simple y fácil 🙌💕 Ingredientes: - 2 cajas de arándanos (equivalen a mas o menos 2 tazas) - 1/4 de kilo de frutillas - 1 taza de harina de avena (se hace poniendo la avena en la licuadora) - 1 taza de azúcar rubia - 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal (coco) Procedimiento: 1. Pre calentar horno a 200 C. 2. Cortar las frutillas en rodajas relativamente finas y ubicar en un molde para horno (tartera). 3. Esparcir por arriba los arándanos. 4. En un bowl agregar la harina, el azúcar y el aceite, y combinar todo con las manos hasta que te quede todo medio unido con forma de "migas". 5.
