Aggiungere l'uovo e mescolare. L' "impasto" è già pronto! (si può anche aromatizzare a piacere o aggiungere un cucchiaio di farina di cocco o avena aromatizzata) Cuocere per bene entrambi i lati in un padellino antiaderente,facendo attenzione a non farli rompere. ~Нежный муссовый шоколадный торт(VEG)~ Сохраняй себе рецепт, чтобы не потерять💛 . Ингридиенты: ✨Для коржа Миндаль 200 гр. Финики 100 гр. Корица 5 гр. Какао порошок 20 гр. Шоколад горький 40 гр. Кокосовое масло 30 гр. ✨Для мусса Кунжутная паста 20 гр. Какао порошок 40 гр. Шоколад горький 40 гр. Кешью 120 гр. Мёд/сироп 60 гр. Кокосовое молоко 100 гр. Масло какао 50 гр. Ванильный экстракт 3 гр. . Приготовление: 1.Замочить миндаль на 10-12 часов и затем просушить. Кешью замочить на 4 часа и слить воду. 2.Шоколад для коржа растопить на водяной бане. Взблендерить орехи, а только затем добавить остальные ингредиенты. Еще раз хорошо прокрутить. Оформить дно формы бумагой для выпечки, далее выложить равномерно массу в форму, а потом утрамбовывать, создавая твёрдую основу в виде коржа. 3. Растопить шоколад для мусса и отдельно какао масло (все на водяной бане). Затем смешать все ингредиенты для мусса и выложить на корж. Масса должна получиться плотной. 4. Убрать в морозилку до застывания. Затем можно хранить в холодильнике. *Орехи, которые есть в составе всегда можно заменить на те, которые вам больше нравятся, придерживаясь граммовки(рекомендация действует только для изготовления коржа, а не крема. В нем мы используем только кешью). *Кунжутная паста используется для дополнительного вкуса. Вы можете её не добавлять. PEČENÉ (NEVYPRÁŽANÉ) ČEVAPČIČI HODNOTY NA 1 PORCIU Bielkoviny: 57,5 g Sacharidy: 50 g Tuky: 15,5 g Vláknina: 4,5 g Na 2 porcie potrebujeme: 400 g pomletých kuracích pŕs 90 g nadrobno nakrájanej cibule 10 g olivového okeja 1 vajce 30g strúhanky soľ mleté čierne korenie paprika červená mletá sladká paprika červená mletá pálivá / chilli majoránka cesnak (čerstvý alebo sušený) 400 g zemiakov 100 ml mlieka (1,5%) 10g maslo zeler na ozdobu Na lyžici olivového oleja so štipkou soli opražíme do zlatista na drobno nakrájanú cibuľu, necháme trochu vychladnúť. Pomleté kuracie prsia zmiešame s opraženou cibuľou, vajíčkom, soľou, čiernym korením, mletou paprikou, chilli, majoránkou a cesnakom. Ak sa nám zdá zmes riedka, netvarovateľná, postupne prisypávame strúhanku, max 30g. Zmes necháme odležať do chladničky aspoň na 30min. Zo zmesi tvarujeme valčeky, ktoré ukladáme na papier na pečenie na plech, alebo do zapekacej misy. Pečieme na 200 stupňoch cca 20-25 min (do zhnednutia). Podávame so zemiakovou kašou: uvarené zemiaky vyšľaháme so zmäknutým maslom, mliekom a soľou. Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Whisk wet ingredients until well combined. Mix everything and spread evenly over oven sheet. Bake for 15-20min until golden brown.
