If you're not enjoying doing what you need to do in order to get fit, you'll always struggle with motivation, you'll quit the moment things get tough, which, unfortunately, they always bloody do!
So, next time you catch yourself saying "I'll start again on Monday" usually after finishing off a piece of cake at a get-together, realize that…
1) That piece of cake didn't screw up your current attempt so you don't need to quit and start again, just keep going
2) If you dread things this much you need to change how mindset towards getting fit and not start the same cycle over again

🥄 POST WORKOUT MEAL🥄
Do YOU make it a priority⁉️
I do! In fact, I make sure that MY post workout meal has a HIGH amount of protein & carbohydrates, and a LOW amount of fats.
➖During a prolonged and intense workout, muscle-glycogen stores are severely depleted, and muscle protein is damaged due to mechanical loads.
This means that an adequate amount of both carbohydrates and protein must be taken up (ingested) in order to refill those depleted stores.
➖Additionally, we want to consume enough carbs to promote an INSULIN release. Insulin is the hormone in the body that is responsible for shuttling carbohydrates and amino acids (building blocks of proteins) into the muscles
👉🏼 i.e. consuming a large amount of carbohydrates allows for a release of insulin, increasing glycogen stores, and increasing muscle protein repair!
➖We should aim to consume a LOW amount of fats, as fats slow down transit/absorption in the digestive tract, leading to a much less effective consumption of the carbohydrates and proteins
Furthermore, we want to utilize EASILY DIGESTING carbohydrates and proteins, hence the use of a whey protein (quick absorbing), simple carbohydrates (cereal), and Greek yogurt, which is much more easily digested for those sensitive to lactose.
For my post workout meal of choice (when I do not workout before breakfast, for which I then eat oats w/ whey protein) I use:

Mint Choc Chip Whey
✖️ 1 serving Kirkland Plain Greek Yogurt
✖️1 serving Ore-O’s cereal
👉🏼43 P/ 35 C/ 4 F = 348 calories👈🏼
Perfect for POST-WORKOUT, and tastes like a Mint Chocolate Chip Icing Dessert 🍪🤤🍫
-1/2 taza de galletas Marías molidas
-1/4 taza de cocoa en polvo sin azucar
-2 cucharadas de panela molida
-1 cucharada de yogur natural
-4 cucharadas de leche vegetal
-Chocolate amargo fundido
Se mezclan los ingredientes secos y luego se agrega la leche y el yogur hasta formar una masita.
Se hacen bolitas con la masa y se meten en el chocolate amargo hasta que queden bien cubiertas
Se ponen en una bandeja (yo agrege coco seco encima) y se dejan enfriar por 20 min aproximadamente 😊 y listo.
Calorías aproximadas por porcion: 60 kcal

A long long time ago, I picked up a bug of some sort and I hurled my guts out allllll night long. I literally could not stop for almost 8 hours. Since then, this oil literally does not leave my purse. Why? Because I have a dairy intolerance. And this product savessss me when I accidentally (or not so accidentally) eat dairy. The roller gets used on my sons belly if he is gassy (was a life saver as a newborn), and the tabs were an actual addiction of mine during third trimester of pregnancy because it was the ONLY thing that helped the acid reflux. •
