2) Once you know how much or how little you are shovelling into yourself you know what needs to calm down or you may need to eat a little be more. .
3) How I like to do Nutrition is track weekly, find out what you need daily x7 then plan your week. If your going out a weekend have a few lower days during the week and push kcals to days where you’ll need them. To loose weight aim for a 500kcal deficit a day or 3500 deficit a weekly, use what you can follow easier.
4) Fuck off with “clean eating” just get a few fruit, veg and decent protein in you and stay within your kcals and enjoy food, eat dessert have chocolate if you want. Carbs aren’t the enemy ,just stay within your kcals. Eating more food you like means you won’t feel like your on a diet so you’re more likely to stick at it! .
So the Basics with Nutrition is simple kcals in vs kcals out. Create a deficit to loose weight again one that’s sustainable. Be consistent and patient, train hard. There loads more to Nutrition this is just a guide line don’t over complicate shit you don’t need to. Watch @arknutrition
