To be honest, I am quite proud of how my year has started💪🏻. I’ve started every day with the glass of water💧(followed by a glass of green clay, of course, and another glass of water) and every single day I had oatmeal porridge for breakfast🍚. And you know what? I don’t remember when I felt so great!☺️ Finally, I am doing something that my body is grateful for and there can be no better motivation than that🙏🏻.
What I like about porridge is that you can tune it up differently every day just by adding some fruits, peanut butter or maybe even some protein powder🍓. .
But my favorite breakfast is oatmeal with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon and cardamom💫. Oh, it tastes just like a Finnish cinnamon bun that my mother-in-law always makes🥧.
Cinnamon contains lots of antioxidants, that reduce the inflammation and can soothe the digestive system🌱. That is an especially good addition when gut healing is a goal 🍀.
