And then I checked the #mugwort
hashtag... 😨 This is mugwort. THIS is MUGWORT - Artemisia Vulgaris. Just THIS! And that's how it looks before developing blooms and changes the appearance when it's in bloom. I didn't find any blooming now. It's too early. 🌿

or similar words to promote the usage of herbs or even to promote your services as a person who can help by the usage of plants as a medicine, please, PLEASE, learn your herbs!!!
Using and promoting the usage of incorrectly identified plants 1) won't bring the benefits the plant is supposed to provide, 2) can cause serious health issues!!! 🌿🌿🌿
If you can't identify plants correctly in nature, use the ones that are picked by people who know what they have foraged. Don't share false information with others! The world is full of poisonous plants as well, and not every plant you can put in a mug is mugwort. Don't use the plant Latin names to describe what's not in your pictures. While several plants may have the same folk name, the scientific name, the one that's in Latin is used to describe just one specific plant. 🌿🌿🌿🌿
If you want to use plants for more than decorating, please, learn before using! If you use them incorrectly and die, that's just your problem. But DO NOT TELL OTHERS to use incorrectly identified plants. If you really want to help, it's not enough with confidence that you can help. Knowledge is the key. 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿
Thanks for the attention. Do not kill good people or mess up their health with wrong plants. 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

Monday again. Don’t let stress ruin your week or your your sleep! Tulsi is an excellent antioxidant and has been used to aid the body in dealing with stress for centuries. Kava too! I like to enjoy a double cup of hot lava tea instead of wine to wind down at night. Try combining these two as well. ** Just note that kava can have a sedative effect and also should be avoided if you have liver issues. ❤️
Got these HUGE!!!! Cinnamon Bark..Your not gonna find these at your grocery store 😜
Just one of the woods that is used in fiery wall of protection oleum along with various resins and herbs. These reason for this bark is that it is very hot when I hold it in my hands I can feel hot heat radiate on my hands. All healers who work with herbs, roots, and plants should build a close relationship with the plant...my earliest experience with herbs was when I was 12 spending my time browsing the jars of herbs lined the wall of a local herb shop. When I was 15 I was faced with a challenge that all "called healers" will face...I had an infection from an ingrown toenail 😝 so I remember after many doctors visits the infection was gone but still could barely walk...i went to the same herb shop where I visited this lady who was 85 maybe 90 years old with my mom and remember her lifting these heavy jars off the shelves like it was no issue gave me some herbs and told me what to do.
Within 3 weeks the pain ceased..and after 1 month blood and pus drained 😝😝 lol.
I was restored to health!! Could walk and was back to normal!! This is also why I do what I do...to be a blessing to others and offer the "gift" as a healer back to those that need it.

Healer of The People... Zimbabwe, a n'anga is a traditional healer who uses a combination of herbs, medical/religious advice and spiritual guidance to heal people. In Zimbabwe, N'angas are recognized and registered under the ZINATHA (Zimbabwe National Traditional Healer's Association). They are believed to have religious powers to tell fortunes, and to change, heal, bless, Traditionally N’angas were people’s main source of help in all matters of life. They have existed for decades well before the British colonial era. Guerrilla leaders are said to have consulted with N’angas during the Rhodesian Bush War.
Even today, N'angas are consulted by the people for advice and healing of many illnesses. Sometimes N'angas refer their patients to western medical practitioners and hospitals in case of emergency or illness they can't cure with the help of their healing spirit... #Nanga #Nganga #HerbHealer #medical #ShonaNanga #ReturnToAfrikanTraditions #IndigenousSpiritualScience #ancientafricanspirituality
