Better late than never. Today was dedicated to celebrating Miles 1st birthday (his real birthday is 4/24) so I did not have time today for a workout until after I put Miles to bed. But I still got it done!
I was beginning to question what my results would be, not just because I am pregnant and gaining weight, but because I didn't feel super sore after the workouts like my muscles got the work they needed. Not after today tbough. I have two more days with this workout (and two more of yesterdays too) and I fully believe this is where 80% of my results will come from. We stepped it up from a 5 to 10, where we are powering through and combining everything we did the first two weeks.
I felt confident with these moves and used my 10 lb weights the whole time and I can already tell I will be sore tomorrow. But looking forward to it! Yeah Shift Shop! 5 more days!
