Wednesday Wisdom 🙏🏻 .
You may not be able to control the situation and outcome, but you can control your attitude and how you deal with it🙌🏻
Life can be a series of events, both positive and negative, resulting in experiences that are sometimes seen through rose colored 🥀 lenses
Take some time for some self reflection, identifying what are your personal strengths/weaknesses based on FACTS, not opinions of others .
And remember, awareness is the first step for change😉

Spring has SPRUNG, ladies! And we all know what that means... springitis (which is the lack or loss of motivation when spring rolls around). Once upon a time, we thought this was just a thing that happened while we were still studying in school - hello! anyone else suffer from some serious senioritis? 🙋🏻🙋🏼🙋🏽🙋🙋🏿🙈 However, the older we get, the more constant springitis becomes. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So! With this bad boy slowly creeping up on us, here's some of our favorite ways to fight springitis: ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1.First things first, don't panic. Springitis isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as it remains a temporary"itis". Temporary being the keyword - don't let it turn into a full blown disease.
2. Embrace it. Sometimes, it's CRUCIAL for momentum to slow down or even pause. Which seems like a contradiction but think of it this way, when you're constantly checking things off of your to do list or chasing a dream, it's not only healthy but necessary to stop and smell the roses, lest you burn yourself out. More than often, it's in these mini pauses that you reset, rebuild, and refocus which ultimately increases your momentum at the end of it all.
3. Take this time to try out and develop a new or old skill at work, at home, with friends, on your own, etc. Test yourself in a new/unfamiliar way. That will unfailingly awaken the creative beast inside.
4. GO ON VACATION! There's a reason that spring break exists + We firmly believe in the power of a solid getaway. Whether you take a trip to Bora Bora for a week or have a staycation for a day, allow yourself to getaway. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you have any springitis tricks up your sleeve?
