We all have our WANTS and our NEEDS but how do you prioritize to keep yourself in check and ensure your wants don’t overpower your needs😉
So for example: you budget out your necessities, your needs and take the remainder for your wants, Buuuuuttttt it’s not that easy. Many many times, working with clients, this is a topic for discussion, where the wants overpower the needs. The satellite television versus a gym membership, eating out at restaurants daily versus meal prepping some nutritious meals, and the list 📖 can go on and on....

Where do you have some wiggle room? Can a “need” be dropped down to the want category to make room for new priorities? For example: that gym membership😉 what can be shifted down in your necessities to make room for self care? Is it downgrading to a cheaper internet or cable package? Maybe it’s cutting back on pop, smokes, fast food, and using that extra 💴 to take care of your body versus breaking it down😉
The time is NOW to prioritize your health and be proactive in living a better lifestyle for you and your family❤️
And for me😉 beauty inside and out, such as my gym membership🏋🏻♀️ nutritious meal prep 🥘 and fabulous hair💇🏻♀️
