What kind of steak eater are you? We are purist: thick cut, medium, freshly grounded sea salt and black pepper. That's all.
I don't want to give a bad review but this new joint in my area needs to do a lot of improvement. No pepper grinder, pieces of rotten salad on my plate, watery pasta, msg-laden sauce. I asked for medium and got thin, dry, well done steak. Service is on the bad side. Difficult to get attention and lower hygiene level. .
