My plan is to put up awesome photos of Christchurch now that we plan to set some roots down here. I am here to convince all you guys why you should visit us in NZ.
Reason 1: This view only took a quick 30 minutes to reach via a very gentle hike.

A Saturday of rocks and dams.
PT 1/4. Ice stalactite. Under the right lighting conditions ice can look seriously cool. No pun intended... This guy was hanging off the side of an overhang in the canyon we explored. I love the way it flairs off on the wall to the left.
Must be a shepherd thing 😂😂 This puppy ran up to Ari and was licking her mouth like crazy the same way Ari does to Lucy. So so so cute. The little buddy is in training to be a service dog and the owner was very friendly ❤️🐾 Ari was able to socially interact very well with the other shepherds at the dog park and fit in so well with them. 😂😂 But one owner downright ignored me and refused to talk to me because Ari isnt a purebred german shepherd, but they also brought their dog-aggressive shepherd (fear aggression) with them on leash and let the other dogs tackle it while it couldn’t get away and was snapping and tucking its tail and the owners thought it was cute and “good socialization”. They were also saying they’re hoping to make their dog unaggressive by allowing that behavior ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but thats ok Ari is talented and a charmer and I dont need to talk to someone who degrades my dog because she’s a mutt (a very talented one at that) while they can’t even get their own dog to behave, let alone know anything about socialization training. If your dog is fear aggressive, letting other dogs tackle it while its tied on a leash only makes the aggression worse. Just saying. 😶
Out for a short hike today. Thanks to @korinstincts
