Sometimes you just have to pull off to the side of the road, find a tiny trail, walk through from spider webs, and enjoy some peace and quiet with a spectacular view. (With bae of course. Holding hands of course.)
This is scouting: having the courage to try something new, learning to be more independent, and having fun while you do it. 😍
I’m so proud of this girl. She was born exactly a month before our first day camp. She spent the week strapped in a baby carrier, and has been tagging along to scouting events her entire life. It makes my heart happy that she no longer has to watch from the sidelines ⚜️ #familyscouting
You're driving through the desert. Haven't seen much of anything for a while then BAM the Organ Mountains rise up high out of nowhere. I can see why they had such significant spiritual meanings in the Native American culture. They are gorgeous and great to hike.
