Day 326! (Legs/Glutes) โ€ข I worked for a while today and then headed to the gym. It was PACKEDDDD but I still got an amazing workout in. I squatted and I can tell Iโ€™m getting much stronger. I was able to do two sets of 6 for 135 pounds without dying!! Iโ€™m excited to work on my upper body tomorrow.
