How often do you *****PRESS PAUSE*****??? And do you want your legs to be like mine all year round? (JUST KIDDING RELAX I’m not writing some fake shit to hook you. My legs have been squatting under load, at volume on all planes, pulling, pressing, flexing, rotating, jumping, contracting, running etc to improve health and performance for over 20 years) blah blah. So unless you have put 20 years work into your legs don’t expect em in an 8 week challenge especially if genetically “aren’t blessed” (I’d debate that though due to Epigenetics & Quantum physics☝🏽) Anywho pressing pause will greatly effect your ability to grow, recover, sleep, repair, and get aware (great for mental health and over crowding thoughts)

speaks with, its the key) and fill your head with good stuff. You know? like elevated levels of love, joy, gratitude, appreciation, healing, inspiration etc
SCIENCE ISH; This will improve IGA markers better controlling and balancing stress hormone responses. Once you up-regulate IGA (protein in lead charge of immune system fighting off bacteria, fungi, viruses and Dis-ease etc) you’re on your way to Gainesville, mind, body and soul.
