Top of the morning to you. Not normally being a morning workout kinda fella I saw a window as the bubba took a post feed nap & the other half was getting her Netflix on. I popped out for a blowout. 12-9-6 reps for time of- Pistol Squats Pull Ups Toes to bar. Whatever lies ahead for the rest of today for you, keep smiling. Positive vibes 👍
Kids playing together, so I decided to start the day on the right note. . Military shoulder press with a moderate 35kgs 3x8. . 3x10 dips with my @gravity.fitness XL Parallettes. . 3x10 rows with the XL Parallettes. . 3x8 Bicep Spider Curls with 15kgs (not going to over do it, and with the isolation of the movement, makes it difficult if form is right) . Then, thanks to @mattycfox , I tried his chest challenge. 10 push-ups, then 10 shoulder taps, then 8 push-ups, shoulder taps, etc etc. Tried it last night to see what I could do, but managed to only get to 7/7 then I struggled. That was my benchmark to measure my progress going forward. Tried this morning too, and still managed to only get to 7/7, but did it as a finisher, maybe I will try again as a starter / warm up. . I will keep trying this, until I see progress and indeed until I can complete it. Will try to record it one time for proof too! .
