I think it’s safe to say that before and after pictures speak for themselves 🗣👀 (SWIPE FOR THE BEFORE PIC)
Day 26 #mydailyrenovation
Specifically, attention to. These bloody wardrobes might look lovely and granted I’m very excited to organise my copious amounts of clothing in them BUT they won’t sit bloody straight! Apologies for the awful lighting and angle, it’s such a difficult space to photograph and I took these at 8:30pm and we still have no electric 😩
Please note the wedge of cardboard in the first picture - a bid to try and push one end the other way so the gap either side is equal 😂 Nothing in this house is even, not the walls, not the floors, not the wardrobe. I’m starting to learn that we’re probably just going to have to live with it and hope that no one notices those annoying little details! I know over time that we won’t notice a few mm gap either side but I know it winds Josh up (typical chippy).
I’m sure he won’t budge until it’s right but I’ll stay out of the way 😬 Making all of the shelves and drawers up will be my job on Friday no doubt before we can start filling it up and making my dream of having a walk in/through wardrobe a reality 😍 #beautifyingblenheim

It's time to sand down my counters and give them new life. I've used a mineral oil + wax mixture for a long time, but the maintenance is more than I want to deal with anymore, and I've learned more about food safe hardwax oils since these were first installed. So now, I'm in research mode.
Everyone seems to have a different recommendation. Osmo? Odie's? Rubio? Simple? Those of you who have tried them all, which do you like best and why?
Currently the only can I have here at home is Maker Brand, so I may go with that, but I appreciate you guys weighing in!
