“Fear is the glue that keeps you stuck”
I know the feeling so so well - fear of failure, fear of judgement, and fear that your story isn’t enough to inspire others. I remember being terrified of what others would think about me being a health coach and I remember laughing as I set up my direct deposit because I was sure I’d never make an income. Little old me, how could I influence others?
Fear continues to slow me down at times but I refuse to let it stop me altogether. My team is going through a HUGE change, a fresh start, in the new year and now that I finally made the decision (I was terrified), I couldn’t be more excited
We are growing, we are changing, and it’s scary but it’s for the best. My hope is to help create leaders, to love tap my coaches out of their comfort zones, to really show them their potential and challenge them to GO FOR IT .
Sneak peek into what we do, tomorrow, starting at NOON EST. No obligations, just join us + be a fly on the wall to learn about what we do 👯♀️
Does anyone else love free decor? Updating my dowel rod hanger today to get the kitchen feeling a little more cozy and Chistmas-y. Instead of going out and buying something new (which I was 100% tempted to do), I found these two tartan scarves, one from my mom given as a gift to celebrate our weekend in the mountains with all of the ladies in my family, and one (the McRae tartan) given as a gift from our best man to celebrate our wedding. The galvanized metal ornament was a gift from my current @wearebsf
Bible study leader. I love all of the memories and meaning that are collected here in this one spot! ❤🌟🎄 #christmas #christmasdecor #cozyminimalisthome #repurposed #winterdecor #thriftydecor #homelife #minimal #makedo #minimalisthome
Cozy fire at my mums house - no WiFi means going to home to use hers 😁 and also she has loads of Xmas snacks in 😆
✨ “Pick the day. Enjoy it – to the hilt. The day as it comes. People as they come… The past, I think, has helped me appreciate the present – and I don’t want to spoil any of it by fretting about the future.” - Audrey Hepburn ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Coffee cheers to 27 years (a few days late). Incredibly thankful for another year. Here’s to the next one! ☕️🎈
A smaller kitchen can really warrant a smaller sink, and the top mount with wall mounted faucets is a favorite design choice. A higher splash area can serve as storage embellished with copper hanging racks and shelving. Side areas are best to hand soaps, small dishes with brushes and well loved cutting boards can act as a contrast to you bare splash or wall. Image via @neptunehomeofficial
Cosy scenes on this blistery Saturday afternoon ☔️🔥
A great motivation quote for the start of the weekend!
Grace and Blossom.
We bought G 5 banties for her 4th birthday. We chose mostly Pekins, short, round, happy birds of gorgeous colours, all hand picked. And then we saw this loopy Polish bantam with the pom pom head and took her home too.
The farmer said she'd be easy to catch because she couldnt see you coming, but she was pretty fast on her long legs :)
We loved all the banties and over the years had quite a few and of different breeds, most of the time completely free range, like pet dogs, wanting to be with you, and sometimes theyd roost in the apple tree. Blossom lived til she was over ten, longer than any other, then she just wasnt there one day. Later on I found only her legs but no body or feathers, I hope it was quick end for this sweet funny girl.
