These spring sessions, are a beautifully balanced combination of; guided mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques + simple restorative yogic postures.
Sessions are purposefully placed at the beginning of the week, during the remainder of spring. 4 in total, all focusing on restoration, growth + new life.
Sunday 5-6pm on the 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th of November.
