clinic today 💞 after two years of watching, I was finally brave enough to ask a question ☺️ can’t wait to ride in it next year!
Finally got to run barrels.😄
Now just gotta get back in shape for the 30th.💪
Meet henry! Hes the horse i usually ride, Jumping him this year in limit
Bet ya' haven't seen a real life unicorn before 🦄
We’re headed for the stars you and I. ✨💛
A photo of Jaquetão and me, taken by @skye.the.aussie
today. I look at him daily and I still can’t get my head around the fact that he’s here and that he’s mine. The iberian dream I’ve been fantasizing about for as long as I can remember. 🦄
In Sweden, we have the expression”glida på en räkmacka” or “sliding on a shrimp sandwich” which means to get things without really having to work for them. I have put a LOT of work on Jaquetão... but when it comes to riding he really is a shrimp sandwich. He gives me everything and more. I have previously only had horses where riding didn’t come natural at all. So I must say.. after all these years, I think I deserve this gorgeous “räkmacka”. 😇🤩

I got so many great photos at the show today! Can't wait to share them all with you
Throwing it wayy back
I have more pics somewhere but I can’t find them so if I do I’ll just have to post another throwback some other time -
The pics are in newest to oldest order
Okay so first pic is of Ellie when we first got her...just look at how dark she was then!😍
Next pic is of Pepper the first time I rode him...and it was at a 3 day pony club camp😅 Then there’s our brumby mare Misty with her foal that we just had to name Spirit of course😉 Then a pic of my Aunty teaching me how to lunge for the first time. Then the next three are of my first pony Harley...he was a Shetland obviously and I was so in love with how fluffy he was the day we went to see him for the first time and the last pic of him is the first summer we had with him at our place when I first started getting lessons. And the last three pics are of when I first started riding when I was between 6-8 at a local riding centre...first pic was my first show as you can tell by my amazing attire😅 then a pic of just riding around during a lesson and I scribbled the girls face out incase they don’t want her in it. And the last one was the first time I went to a Pony Club. The Palomino is Bruce and the Appaloosa is Abby. -

Mav's figured out the system: give good pony rides, get all the carrots
So when I rode today I got a very big surprise... and it made me extremely happy. I've never really been able to get Moni to accept the contact without her canter becoming very choppy or her becoming unbalanced, however today was different. She was so soft and was accepting the contact so nicely. Her canter was beautiful and to be completely honest I think that my new bridle from @triesteequestrian
played a big part in this. It's purpose is to avoid pressure points on the horses face to make for a more comfortable ride and I think that's what happened today! I'm so pleased with the bridle and of course Moni and I can't wait to ride her again 😱🙌 Follow me at: @horse___love
Okay so I thought chandeliers were barn goals but maybe pony fountains are 😻 What will I want next? A moat? 👑
