Looking for an easy weekend cocktail idea? Make the Negroni Sbagliato which only requires 3 ingredients. It simply substitutes the usual gin found in a Negroni with prosecco, which is poured over a mixture of @campariofficial
and sweet vermouth. Did you know that “sbagliato” translates from Italian to “wrong, full of mistakes, or erroneous.” Essentially, this drink is a “broken” Negroni, so it’s suitable for even the most novice of mixologists.
To make one cocktail:
Measure out 1.5 ounces each of Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth;
Campari; and chilled prosecco. I used @mionettoproseccousa
If you’re using an old fashioned glass like I did (you can also serve in a champagne flute), mix the vermouth and Campari in the glass and stir with a cocktail swizzle.
Add a large ice cube, I like using @oxo
large ice cube trays to make them (forgo this step if you’re serving in champagne flutes). Top with prosecco. Add orange slices to garnish - I’m into blood oranges lately because I love the color.
