Hello internet friends, fellow musicians, and acquaintances. My goal for this year is to tour and play 150 shows for 2019. That’s an average of 2 weeks a month traveling and performing. I’ve started booking for the first six months of the year and I’m excited about the intimate shows and house concerts that I already have lined up in Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona.
Right now I’m looking for music lovers, artists, musicians, and everyday folks like yourself that are interested in hosting or co-host a house concert.
It’s okay if you do not live in a major city in the US or Canada none of that matters.
What is a House Concert?
Simply put, a house concert is an invitation-only music performance in someone’s home, attic, garage, barn, apartment, backyard, or creative-unique space presented by a host.
Typically attended by 15-40 people and attended by the host’s friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.
All that is needed from the host is a space perhaps a chair, and a dimly lit room to create an intimate atmosphere.
You do not have to own or operate a PA system.
I’ve performed at a few listening room events without a PA system and those events have been some of the most rewarding and the best way to make and meet new friends.
If you’ve made it this far in reading my post I thank you. If your interested or know anyone who might be send me a message and we can go over a few of the elements needed to make these events happen.
Thank you and I look forward to meeting and sharing my stories with you all this year.
