It is something I value a lot. I completely agree with everything it can bring to an individual's life. When I practice it, I feel a burst of energy and inner peace. Yet, somehow I find it very difficult to get into it. To just take a moment every day and not think and truly live in the moment.
Starting today, I am challenge myself to meditate each day for a week. I'm hoping this way, I can incorporate the practice into my everyday life in the long-term. I was inspired by a book - The Power Of Now, by Eckhart Tolle.
