Lovely way to end the night . Texture chocolate on passion fruit cream. Accompanied this smooth bitter chocolate were macaroon with lime-y fillings and hazelnut cream filled chocolate. I can sleep smiling tonight.
Super crunchy juicy pork knuckles with an Asian twist. The skin was thin and roasted to a thin crisp and the meat was juicy and not overly oily. I usually avoid pork knuckles as they tend to be either overly oily and fat or hard and dry. Chef has perfected this pork knuckles and with his special Thai Chili sauce (that goes well with everything), this dish hits a 100% on that day.

This Catalan cream brûlée is LOVE ! The hand beaten Creamy custard was smooth and light. There was ice cream buried under the cream, giving a surprise treat when I dug in this perfect dessert. I can have this Everyday.

I always test the fried chicken at every Japanese Joint that serves it. A great kaarage is always fragrantly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and light on the batter. This one was crispy, but didn’t have much flavour so I’m guessing that they didn’t marinate it sufficiently...
