Today I’m thankful for this group of strangers I meet in an accountability group online. They have became my second family and I’m so thankful to have each and every one of them in my life.

It may be winter, but our ice cream makers are still at it almost every day!
We thought we’d share a bit of the ice cream process today. Our ice cream comes out of the machine at 27 degrees. It’s then stored in our deep freezer at -20 degrees for a minimum of 8 hours. Then when it’s time to use it, we start tempering it by putting it in another freezer that’s at zero degrees. From there, it goes into our dipping cabinets which are at 10 degrees. Now the ice cream is soft enough that we can serve it to all of you!

Committed 20 minutes to myself today and I’m feeling better because of it.
I got a grand total of 4 hours of sleep last night and all I wanted to do was nap, but I promised myself I would commit to this program so I poured some Go-Go juice, grabbed my computer, tied my shoes, and headed out to the garage for me✨

NEW PROGRAM STARTS TOMORROW AND IM PUMPED.
This holiday season got the best of me. I gained 7 pounds since November. 7 POUNDS PEOPLE. I know not to focus on the scale, but I personally know I am better than this.
Tomorrow starts a new program with one of my favorite trainers, @shaunt
and I’m so excited to dive in.
Glad I have a team of like minded girls to keep me accountable over these next six weeks.
