Oh the #controversy

Here’s my thought process now, I’m truthfully tired of all the counting, the measuring the portion control containers, the guilt and shame spiral around “diets.”
When we allow ourselves to intuitively tune in to what we need, we actually will have satisfaction. Tune in and TRUST what your body is telling you. It’s always communicating, we usually just have a hard time listening. .
Yeah so what, maybe it says ice cream one day, but usually that’s not every day. Most days we know how we should eat to be healthy.
We don’t need another diet. We just need to eat real food for the majority in the ways God intended. Pay attention to when we’re actually hungry vs feeding emotions. Hydrate. Listen. Tune in. We’re all smart enough to do that.
And PS: YOU 👏 ARE 👏 MORE 👏 THAN 👏 YOUR 👏 BODY! You’re a beautiful soul. It knows the way.
