It is time for the week opener. The rain on last couple of days has made the trails really nice and tough. Also the armies of mosquitos are on the hunt for blood.
Anyone that has known me for a while would know that I have many, many different hobbies, however, there is absolutely nothing that compares to the level of excitement that I get from this sport. I remember the first time that I got “hooked” watching my first kitesurfing video and everyone would say that it was to difficult and I would never be able to do it. Growing up in a small town, things that were not the norm were considered impossible, beliefs were very one-sided, and the room to grow as a person were somewhat limited. I was use to hearing the word “can’t” more times than “can”. Nothing is impossible. With the right mindset we are capable of accomplishing anything that we put our mind to. This goes with anything in life, from getting that dream job to moving across the country. If you want it bad enough you will find ways to make it happen!

⛰Cheers to another summer full of mountain therapy and mornings like this ☀️
Releasing this little guy into the ocean was one of my happiest moments on this trip so far!
1,600 ft of elevation gain in a mile is one butt kicking hike! Today was one those steep, but sweet afternoon adventures. 📷: @14sdyer
Trying to pose like a model, ending up looking like a frog. How about that 🦎@submerjbikinis
I’ve seen Mount St. Helens from the air and from other mountains but this was my first time seeing the volcano up close and I was thoroughly awe-struck. It’s incredible to see how the surrounding landscape has recovered in the 38 years since the unprecedented eruption transformed its forests into a barren, ashen wasteland in mere seconds. It’s not the same and it will never look the same again, but against the odds, life is thriving. The mountain itself has even replaced 7% of the mass it lost (you can see this in the bulge in the crater). This resilience and persistence of life is something that will never cease to amaze me.
This big guy was relaxing in the woods along the path in Glacier NP.
I was never one for laying around on the beach. I love the water but can’t be bothered to sit on a towel under an umbrella. I was and am the guy in the water trying to find a shark, walking to see what’s around the corner, and digging for fossils in the tide #saltlife
🏄🏻♂️ making the best of this June gloom
My face when I find FREE camping by a lake AND the whole campsite is empty at 4pm 🙌🏼🤸♀️🏕
Hey look at this! This is pretty neat!

A solo trip to Yosemite sounds stellar right about now. 🌿
....The Turnagain Arm, is just south of Anchorage and boasts the second highest/lowest tides in North America, up to 40 feet! At low tide, the arm becomes a broad mud flat. It was amazing to see how fast the tide receded and returned each day.
Заглядывая в свои прошлые кадры, не могу сдержать ироничную ухмылку: так много красок и игры цветов.
С каждым днём вижу их всё меньше. Тремор и засуха.
Who needs a gym membership when you've got hiking boots?
