! And ol’ skool gym with an ol’ skool feel! So it was only right that we went back to the old school with basic, simple movements that tax the back and arms! Today’s employees were my good brothers @nodonutshere

who also joined us and kept up with us throughout the entire workout. Lots of volume in this workout: 3 different variations of lat Pulldowns, 2 different variations of seated cable row, t bar row, Hammer Strength Lat pulls, Tricep Rope Extensions, Cable Curls, Seated Bicep Curls with Bisolator machine, Forearms roles with a machine I’ve never seen in my entire life, and machine Tricep Extensions. I honestly believe I’m forgetting a few movements as well. We went H.A.M!
Time for some truth: The weekends in St Louis are jam packed with fun. Lots of laughs, lots of food, lots of drinking, just all around great atmospheres every where you go! BUT DON’T EVER GET IT TWISTED....THIS IS WORK! We are all here BECAUSE of what we do AWAY FROM HERE! So as painful as it may be after a night of drinking and hanging out, you gotta get your ass up the next day and GET TO IT! Maintain your WHY! This goes for your every day life as well. If you’re gonna hang out, HANG OUT! Just make sure you get your ass up and get busy the next day! Don’t allow yourself to slack and don’t allow the night before to be an excuse! YOU OWE YOU!
