SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO
8 ounces spaghetti
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 cup fresh French style breadcrumbs
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan, divided
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1 cup water and drain well.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and cook, stirring, until browned and toasted, about 3-5 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
Heat remaining 4 tablespoons olive oil in the skillet. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta, 3/4 cup Parmesan and 1/2 cup reserved pasta water. Cook, stirring constantly, and add remaining water as needed, 1 tablespoon at a time, until cheese has melted and desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately with breadcrumbs, garnished with remaining Parmesan and parsley, if desired.

1️⃣Muzlu ve çikolatalı şekersiz #dondurma
* 2 adet muz
* 2 yemek kaşığı süt
* 1 çorba kaşığı kakao (unutmayın kakao protein içerir😉)
* Bir tutam hindistan cevizi (rendelenmiş) -isteğe bağlı
►Evde Diyet Dondurma Nasıl Yapılır?
1- Muzları doğrayıp buzdolabı poşetine koyuyoruz.
2- Daha sonra dondurmak amaçlı buzluğa atıp en az 2 – 3 saat bekletiyoruz
3- Blender kabına koyup üzerine 2 yemek kaşığı süt ve kakaomuzu ekleyerek blenderdan geçiriyoruz
4- Üzerine hindistan cevizi serpebilirsiniz
Bir kaç saat buzlukta bekletip tüketebilirsiniz. Buzlukta muhafaza edin!
2️⃣Tahin-pekmezli Cevizli Şekersiz Dondurma
*100 gr süzme yoğurt (ben proteinli yoğurt kullandım)
*1 çorba kaşığı pekmez
*1 çorba kaşığı tahin
*1 su bardağı parçalanmış ceviz
1-ceviz dışındaki bütün malzemeleri blendırdan geçiriyoruz
2-karışımın içine cevizleri de ekleyip bir plastik kaba koyup buzlukta en az 2-3 saat bekletip tüketebilirsiniz. Buzlukta muhafaza ediniz.
1️⃣Sugar Free ice cream with banana and chocolate:
* 2 iced bananas
* 2 tablespoons almond milk
* 1 tablespoons cacao (do not forget the cocoa contains protein)
* A pinch of coconut (grated) ► How to Make Diet Ice Cream?
1 - We cut the bananas and put them in the refrigerator bag.
2- Then throw them in freezer and leave it for at least 2-3 hours
3- We put them in the blender and add 2 tablespoons milk and cacao
4- You can spread coconut on it
Put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours and then consume!
2️⃣Tahini-walnut Sugar Free Ice Cream
* 100 gr greek yogurt
* 1 tbspoon tahini
* 1 tbspoon molasses
* 1 cup shredded walnuts
1-mix all the ingredients except the walnuts
2-Add the walnuts into the mixture and put it in a plastic bowl and let stand for at least 2-3 hours in the freezer. Store it in the freezer.

Mine - grilled gyutan (ox tongue), a local delicacy of Sendai in Miyazaki Prefecture, from Senri. I have mine with soft boiled egg. Did you know that an ox tongue weighs around 2kg and by the time they shave off the tougher, inedible edges, there is only 1kg left? According to the owner, Min Lee who is half Japanese, the tongue should be tender to the bite. If you find it too tough, it could be because the cut is too close to the edges. Please let them know you find it tough.
My son’s - roast beef don from Jimbocho Beef in Tokyo. Thinly sliced from rare parts, the beef melts in your mouth.
My daughter’s - grilled lamb from Shibaura Genghis Khan in Hokkaido. Aged lamb shoulder with outer fat.
Everyone’s favourite - fried Camembert cheese. Who wouldn’t like fried cheese?

Tonkotsu Ramen at Ohayo Maki and Ramen Bar (P290.00). Really good value at this price point. Di ka titipirin sa ingredients. I've had ramen in the 350-400 range na kadiri but this is just right 😋 Perfect hangover meal because they're open until 1am 🤣
