Never thought that "serving my country" would be me literally serving food to airmen or working at a hotel😂
HAPPY ONE YEAR OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP TO ME🤸🏻♀️
On this day last year I started my “new job.” Which was really just taking my part-time job (coaching) and making it my full-time job. Now it’s one year later and I’ve never been more fulfilled, happy, confident and passionate in my entire life. I spent my teenage years working at fast food restaurants to pay my own bills. I spent my young adult years working at different 9-5s feeling overworked + underpaid. And I ALWAYS felt like there HAD to be something more. And little did I know that starting a journey to get healthy + fit would lead me to becoming an entrepreneur, building a business from home by becoming the absolute BEST version of myself + helping others duplicate the same process. And through that, I’ve gained FREEDOM🕊
In this last year working for myself.. doing what I LOVE, I’ve had less anxiety, less stress, I’ve traveled a shit-ton, built incredible relationships, changed a ton of lives, earned free trips from my company and SO much more. There isn’t ONE thing in my life that hasn’t changed for the better because of this opportunity. And it’s insane to me that people allow their fear and skepticism to hold them back from creating their OWN life of freedom. I always tell people that I had NO idea what I was actually getting myself into when I started my journey w/ my workout program + superfood shake. I thought I was gonna get abs. (Cliche AF, I know🙄🤪) But instead, I got the opportunity to create my dream life. At only 24 years old. And I’m not even CLOSE to my full potential yet 😏
I don’t know what free means to you or what life you crave for yourself, but what I do know is that I can help you create it💫 You literally have nothing to lose, but oh maannnn you have NO idea what you have to gain🙌🏻 You know where my inbox is if you ever wanna learn more about this opportunity👉🏻💌

As an extremely competitive person, a sport like running can drive me nuts.
When I ran cross country in high school, I did it solely for socialization and because my older brother and sister both did it, too.
As I rediscovered running after college, I did it to lose weight. Then I started to push myself to run faster.
But that can drive a competitive person who doesn't want to dedicate too much time to the activity to become crazy.
So how do I feel about running now? It's not my favorite... BUT... it is now something I can enjoy on my time, with my own pace and without worry.
When I had 30 minutes before Costco opened and nothing to do, I hopped on a trail and ran. I didn't start a workout on my phone, I didn't track my speed, I didn't care when I needed a little walking break. I just went out there and did my OWN thing. It turned out to be amazing because as I tuned out all my worries, anxieties and fears, I found myself spending that whole time praying instead.
As I get older, I'm learning that I don't have to be THE best, THE fastest, THE strongest - I just want to give MY best to live the life God has for me. Anyone with me? 🙋🙋 It is so freeing!
Landon’s penalty shot from the city tournament. We lost but it was a great season. Another record scoring year for Landon. Couldn’t be more proud of my boy!
Left: 180 pounds, eating allllll my feelings, absolutely ZERO confidence.
Middle: Somewhere in the 160’s beach body “coach”, dabbling in the gym, psyched to see physical changes in my body. Trying my first guide by @katyhearnfit.
Right: (figured my hair out LOL) After 4 (inconsistent) years of trying out guides from @katyhearnfit
, watching endless hours of YouTube featuring @whitneyysimmons
Learning essentials that made me feel confident in what I was doing in the gym. •••
During the time frame of the last photo was when I stumbled upon @desb___.
She changed EVERYTHING for me. I found a community of girls and resources to create the best me, all because of her. •••
I spent a weekend at the Arnold with @stronggurlgabby
because of her + all the other ambassadors.
Because of Des, all the new friends, & this app, I found @alyssajoygreene
, and my amazing coach @suegainz.
The women who I think so highly of (and slightly obsess over).
I stumbled upon the kind of woman I wanted to be when I was the girl on the left, and now have a clear vision of the woman I aspire to be.
It was far from easy, and one heck of a journey. Des is releasing another guide come November, and if you are feeling as lost as I was in the gym, her guides are a perfect place to start. •••

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and start becoming excited about all that could go right.
To be honest, my biggest fear when I launched my coaching biz was what people would think of me. More specifically the ones who I’m not even close with.
How RIDICULOUS that I was giving so much POWER to people who matter so little in my life in the grand scheme of things. I would NOT be where I am right now in life if I allowed the opinions of others to sway my decision to run with coaching.
So I encourage you today, to lean in to that fear and do whatever the hell lights your soul on fire 🔥

✔️A roster full of clients I LOVE working with (both biz & life)
✔️Amazing group coaching students in #flourishandconquer
who fill my cup up everyday
✔️My Intermittent Fasting workshops that introduce my Ditch the Diet course to hundreds of ladies all over the country
✔️Ebooks, Mini courses, masterclasses
It all sounds amazing (and is), but just a year and a half ago it all was just a possibility.
Let’s flash back, shall we🤷🏼♀️
I was a 6 fig earner with Beachbody, and while I loved (and still do love), the company, everything they stand for, and the products, I KNEW IN MY GUT I was meant to create something...something big👏🏻
✌️I invested in my first big business coaching venture- @amandabucci
‘s The Flourish & Conquer Accelerator (formerly the Influencer Academy).
🙌🏻I worked my ass off, implemented, and created my own health + mindset private coaching program, helping women lose weight through intermittent fasting, flexible dieting, and by changing the way they talk to and about themselves to make long-lasting habit changes.
✌️I invested in my first private business coach
🙌🏻I learned how to run successful free 5 day challenges and free workshops that helped my gain new private clients and launch my first course.
✌️Ditch the Diet: Habit Hacking Your Mind & Body course and group coaching program was born
🙌🏻I helped now over 75 women go through this course, change their mindset and habits around food and life for good so they can truly end emotional eating and start living instead
✌️I started to veer away from strictly macro and health coaching to life and business coaching.
✌️I took my first life coaching class through CTI: Co-Active Coach Training, and fell in LOVE with life coaching, making my business fully life and business coaching only

....... I wanted to start this “series” if you will on my page, with hopes that my story will reach those that have lost hope. These stories will be broken down over time. So here goes part 1. For the last 4.5 years, I was constantly in a funk. I felt like I was in this constant pattern of ups and downs with a sense of feeling that there was no way out. I was happy, sad, anxious, depressed, doubtful, hopeful, basically you name it, I was feeling it. Today marks one week from the moment I decided to change my life and walk away from a job that provided financial stability for me. It was something I knew I had to do for myself because I didn’t feel fulfilled. While I don’t suggest that you just walk away from everything you have, sometimes you have to when you KNOW you’ve hit rock bottom. I moved in with my parents for a bit until I figure out wtf I am doing. I’ve been a very independent person for as long as I can remember and so it’s not ideal for me to be 33 and living back at home. I just feel like something bigger and better is out there for me and I’m determined AF to find it. I mean after all, they say “if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life”. In the interim, I’ve turned to fitness (even though it is a journey I’ve been on before, I chose to pick it back up). Something about hitting the weights makes me feel like I have control of my life in that moment. So I hope this first part of my series has struck an interest in you to step back and evaluate your life. Stay tuned for part 2 as I let you inside my world as I try to find life again.
I decided I wasn’t going to just accept things as they were, I was going to improve what I could, starting with myself
I noticed that big changes for the better happened in my life when I.....
✅ stopped saying YES to everything
✅ surrounded myself with people who have drive, passion and kindness
✅ I invested in myself
✅ decided I put myself out there on social media without fear
✅ manifest awesome things in my life
✅ got through my mental blocks about my own worth with personal development
What can you commit to do this week to make big positive changes?
You gotta get out of your own head sometimes. Stop over thinking everything. (luls- I overthink way too much) but that’s just wasted time. Time that you’ll never get back. Aka: try using your time a little more wisely like doing things you enjoy, create things that make you happy & help others. Do you boo🌲💕
P.s. just out here tryin’ to look as goood as @chloe__chamberlain

Had a few deep thoughts 🤔 as I was drinking my morning coffee ☕️ that you might find interesting.
The fitness industry is, in my opinion, the best platform for impacting people on a deep level 💯
But it’s machine that makes tens of billions of dollars per year, and most of it is bullshit 🖕
It preys on your deepest fears by convincing you there’s something you’re doing wrong, and seizes every opportunity it can to take your money.
They’ll use sleazy tactics to sell you a shitty program you won’t do because it was cheap, a membership into their ‘high-level coaching group’ that they never engage with, or some magic powder that is ABSOLUTELY THE ONE THING YOU’RE MISSING FROM YOUR BROKEN DIET FOR ONLY $19.99 PER MONTH IF YOU SIGN UP RIGHT NOW! 🤷♂️
These people just want to sell you things and don’t care about you or your results. Once you flash the cash, they disappear until they want more. Kind of like everyone’s one shitty college relationship.
But there are a few coaches out there that will take the time to actually COACH.
They’ll take the time to find out where your roadblocks are and craft a plan to solve your specific problem.
They’ll go to whatever length to make sure you’re doing alright and making progress.
They will hold you accountable and make sure you get your ass in gear and show you exactly what you need to do.
They’re your rock. And if they’re really good, they’ll inspire massive personal change.
The difference is that these coaches are selling a RELATIONSHIP, not a THING. ❤️
I believe this industry is the best platform to inspire personal growth, and needs to do a better job of holding the individuals it services in higher esteem. In other words, SERVE PEOPLE BETTER.
I quit my job to do just that, but maybe I’m just hoping.

One question I get asked a lot by those who are recovering is “how do I continue not to use?”. The simple solution? Keep yourself busy.
Sometimes they may just be doing busy work around the house like tidying up, but for the most part you should be keeping busy with things that you enjoy doing. A few options would be exploring new hobbies, meeting new people, and getting physically active.
If you aren’t sure where to even start, pick something you’ve always been interested in. Something you’ve thought, “damn that looks cool I wish I could do that”..stop wishing and start doing, now is the time to try it!
Becoming sober means you’re becoming a whole new person and it’s one thousand percent okay to not know who the hell that person is yet. A lot of figuring out who you are now involves trial and error. So you cannot be afraid of trying something new, not liking it, and then heading back to the drawing board.
Find a community of people who are in recovery! Something to remember is recovery is not easy and it’s a hell of a process, but it’s worth it and you can’t be afraid to have messy action!
I want to create a free download for you guys about ways to continue not to use, let me know if that is something that interests you!

At Heritage1933, our mission is to celebrate natural beauty and improve the lives of women everywhere. Celebrate you, girl, just as you are 🙌🏾
If you want it bad enough you’ll find a way!👊🏼 Don’t let your excuses keep you from living your life’s full potential.
Whether it’s committing to be healthier, saving money for your dream home or following your passions... you CAN do it - no matter how big or small.
Trust me, I’m the 👸🏼 QUEEN of excuses and I know how easy it is to say “I don’t have enough time” “It’s too hard” “I’m not naturally athletic” “I’ll start tomorrow” or “my passions are too far out of reach.” We have to STOP taking the easy way out and making excuses.
Whose ready to throw our excuses and “cant’s” out the window? Comment ✌🏼 if you’re with me.👇🏼
Any other @msrachelhollis
fans out there? If you haven’t read #GirlWashYourFace
yet, where have you been hiding!?
nobody knows when their last cartwheel is, the last time they’ll climb a tree, their last sweaty late night dance party 💃🏼... not because we die (I mean, yea, we do), but because there’s a day when we just ... stop. 💭 what did you used to think you would always be able to do, that you cannot do now? (Me: I legit could not imagine a day where I could not do a back handspring... 🙃um, there was) but, the more useful question today really is 🧐 what should I do NOW? kiss more, play more, dance more, move more... how can you make today another day of DOING? #keepmoving #keepdoing #livebetter #startnow
🎉My official 1 year in business is the 27th! It's pretty exciting because there were days when I thought to myself, "who do I think I am trying to run a business", but I saw the end goal.
⬇️Here are some tips that helped me get through my first year.
✅Create a business plan- It doesn't have to be a 20 page document, just a plan put on paper.
✅Invest back in your business- Hire a coach, Marketing, etc.
✅Try to keep your expenses low-Home office, minimal outsourcing, basically you are wearing many hats your first year!
✅Network A LOT- Tell everyone about your business, you never know who you will meet and they may be in need of your services or know someone that needs them.
✅Be Realistic- YES, some businesses may have instant success but others may take time to get off the ground (24 months +). Don't give up!

Transformations are easy…🤫
Real transformations are a different story..😱
But what's the difference between them?
6/7 people that are obese or overweight can lose a significant amount of weight in their lifetime.
Although within a year 70% of people will gain back all the weight they lost
Within 2 years 85% will regain the weight they lost
Within 3 years 95% will regain the weight they lost.
Which means diets have a success rate of 5%
Stats also show that 33 % to 66% will regain more body fat than they originally had!
So when it comes to transformations we only see point A to point B
But what about C?
What about what happens after the diet/ challenge or “transformation”
A real transformation happens during the process of losing weight, during the diet, or during the time of changing your regular eating habits..
And not after you have reached your goal.
A real transformation involves developing habits, routine and systems that you can carry into the rest of your life.
And not just a eat this meal 3 times per day for 6 weeks and you’ll lose this much mentality
A real transformation involves self-education around how much food you need for your daily energy output, what foods work with your body and what foods don’t, and an understanding around how food actually works for you and for your goal in mind.
A real transformation involves a full lifestyle overhaul and not just a “quick fix” approach
>> I didn’t think I’d be successful because I’m Mexican American << ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Listen up. This is for my people...for my girls....As ugly as it sounds it’s as REAL as it gets... Before coming onto this online space I never thought I’d be able to “make” it. Simply because of my race/skin/culture/genes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had this horrible mentality (even though I’ve been going to personal development seminars since I was 19/reading books etc) that if my mom came to the US to give me a better life that I had to find a corporate job and do what she sacrificed everything for.... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀The problem wasn’t that anyone wanted that for me, the problem was that I believed that’s what I SHOULD do. My mindset was all kinds of screwed up....I then become obsessed with learning how I could share my passion with others on this online space...& the more people I meet on here the more I realize that I’m so good at this. That this is my calling, it’s always been.
The reason I share this is, because I’ve had a mom that has always worked for herself her entire life....she’s always cheered me on with every business I’ve started. So if I feel this way, I’m sure there must be some of you that feel this way too... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So if you’ve been holding back on wether to start that podcast, that blog, that YouTube video, whatever you want. START...that’s the hardest. I promise you your skin doesn’t matter. Your background doesn’t matter. Your income NOW doesn’t matter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do this for YOU, cause you matter. #PHDinEmpoweringWomen
Progress is at a snail's pace, but I'll take what I can get!
I'm just really proud of myself for being consistent, drinking a lot of water, and not giving into cravings.
My abs want to show off so bad, but my fat is hogging the limelight😫
It’s not always about fixing what’s broken, sometimes it’s about starting over and creating something new✨
Just work on yourself and the rest will follow💕
Alcohol dulled this call for me. Going alcohol-free was like flinging open a door that had been nearly jammed shut before, and my ability to hear what ignites my spirit has never been clearer. #thankful
