After working a night shift in the ER I headed straight to Inshape Antioch for my favorite class ..... Bodycombat. Yes, I did 3 hours of boxing last night. Yes, I have now been up 30+ hours. I have a goal and I get told I'm crazy alot which tells me I'm doing something right. Lol! Wow.. ladies who here has really thin brittle nails? I have always struggled with this. I used to get them done with acrylics which just made it worse! I've really started noticing how healthy my nails are starting to look and feel! They're so much stronger! The used to break mid nail and snag on everything and just rip off! It was so painful!

Our society makes plenty of room for complacency or laziness; we're rarely surrounded by accountability. .
When you really want something, YOU WILL FIND A WAY. When you don't really want something, YOU'LL FIND AN EXCUSE. .
When we're at a loss, we reach for the lowest bar - the lowest bar is typically our highest level of training... So when it's day 4 and you're feeling tired and you don't want to head out for a run, you will revert to the highest level of mental training. What happened the last time you found yourself here? Did you push through and form a habit and get it done? Or did you make an excuse? Did you put it off until later?"
So I am CHOOSING TODAY to start a NEW HABIT and push though my lowest bar and create a new highest level of training. I have asked for help, and I have gotten so much! What we have added to our daily life in the past year has helped so much. Supplements and re-training our brains on how and what type of food needs to be consumed has been LIFE CHANGING for us. .
I will NOT be perfect. I WILL fail. I am human. I will not be perfect this side of eternity. But I will strive to constantly fail forward. Today I was looking at the same picture and after talking to so many girls about them changing their lifestyle and their awesome goals I changed my mind about how I viewed myself. .
How could I be so hypocritical and teach others to love themselves and their bodies and then bash my own.

even if you hadn’t planned to exercise today or you feel like it’s just too late in the day.... I challenge you to just spend 10 minutes getting your heart rate up before you go to bed… How you do that is up to you!
