🙈🐡 I dont know about you, but I feel so clumsy and fragile some days ... today is such a day, therefore todays challenge was perfect. Day 3️⃣ of the #yoginisempowered
«I believe in myself» showing a pose «thats scares me, but I managed» 😊Handstands are really scary on days like this - I have such a muscle soreness 😳in addition to be kind of vulnerable and messy in my head today. So, the combo handstand to backbend on one foot was the worst I could imagine doing today 😂 thats why I did, and I survived ... its all in my head - our heads! I don’t mean that you should do things you don’t want to, but the other way around ... I wanted to do this even though I was scared. I think this is one of my worst versions of the combo but still, I did it🤗 I dared ti show my vulnerable and very imperfect side 💛and I think I am less scared the next time😊 Also I got kind of a not actually optimistic coaching from my daughter who was sitting in the sofa reading 😂
