Balance is the foundation of it all!
Remember all is doable if you are well balanced. Not only in yoga but in life, I came to realize how important to be balanced and to stay balanced. Maybe think twice of surroundings which are unbalanced.. Maybe tiding up as lovely @mariekondo
suggesting. But keep it simply balanced. And you will rock!
Tripod headstand: Mukta Hasta Sirsasana.
This pose is a booster to build a calm and steady mind through strength and stability. It is also a great transition from supported headstand towards handstand.
I do think of it as a level up crow pose😊
Make sure your head and hands create a triangle. Always engage your core.

The best thing about being upside down, is the feeling of you controlling your own body. At the very beginning of upside-down poses, you realize how little you know about your own body.
Little that I know, I am still struggling with my own upside-downs especially handstand - working on it on a daily basis😊

This book stumbled into my life my complete mistake and I'm glad it did. My husband and I are embarking on the 21 day consciencness cleanse and thus far, it's been refreshing.
When you are caught in the cyclical nature of habit and are trying to find the light at the end of the dark tunnel you haven't taken the plunge into your soul. When you place your soul first and become soul-centered your true authentic self if unveiled. A self that is not determined by your nature or your nurture, but, simply by your souls purpose. This moment of awakening allows your soul to speak through your pain and removes you from burdens in and around you. Every waking moment is one of freedom as your true authentic self stands before anything and anyone. I know this to be true because my true, authentic self has been my source of healing. When i had no one to turn to, I turned inward and allowed my soul to lead me to salvation. In the end, you are the light at the end of every dark tunnel.
