Today has been hectic, I ate my lunch over 10 minute wait intervals, but when I got home, I was still excited to chat with my team. I did it post dog walk with my hair a mess and the first 15 minutes I was cooking dinner. .
I don’t spend a lot of time working on this business. .
Usually about 1-2 hours daily, including my workouts, which I consider a part of this job. If I don’t show up for myself daily, nobody will trust me to show up for them. .
But on Tuesday nights we have team calls. Sometimes we have guest speakers, sometimes we have calls devoted to a single topic, but nights like tonight we get together and we just chat. We chat about how to mould our approach to coaching to best help our customers & new coaches. .
We transform our minds as well as our bodies. .

Don't eat carbs , they are bad for you !!!! Lol, I actually do laugh out loud at this one. Carbs are not going to kill you. I will not lie, I enjoy my pasta. I don't eat everyday, probably once a week, and you know what I'm still here.
I usually use zoodles or spaghetti squash, however tonight I wanted the gluten 😝😂😂. I will never be the person that tells you not to eat something. If you enjoy it, eat it. Just in moderation, because well balance and we are all human.

No it wasn’t nice to drag my a*** out of bed at 04:30 but it feels pretty good now! Workout done for the day, feel more energised and ever so slightly smug! 😏 .
I can do it because a) I enjoy it b) I’m enjoying the results c) I like to eat! d) I’ve created a habit (not always this early but a daily w/o) e) I have an awesome support network with accountability thrown in with my online fitness community, coaching teammates and online clients for inspiration! f) I use a wicked pre workout!! g) do u need anymore reasons! .

People always ask me where I like to go eat and I tend to explore more at lunch. Lucky for me I’m a realtor that gets to drive around and eat lunch in my favorite neighborhoods. Today I’m getting a home ready to list in the Historic Brooklyn neighborhood so I drove a bit further North up 12th and stopped @lardopdx

Starting a new meal plan today, to keep myself accountable I’m going to start posting on here. This is my second lunch of today- 2 steaks (preseasoned), 150g of broccoli, and 1 pack of jasmine rice. 30P•6F•53C
Both of these pictures were taken at the same time. Both of these pictures are my body. Yes there’s a filter (ya got to love a good filter💩) but you can still see that In the first picture I’m arching my back and sucking in my tummy. The second picture my body is more relaxed and I’m not pulling my leggings up to my armpits. And guess what? I feel hot as f*ck🔥I’ve recently gained a bit of weight and I’ve sized out of all of the jeans I’ve worn for years. So instead of cutting calories and reducing the amount of junk food I eat (cuz I ain’t gonna lie, I eat a lot of crap food 😂) I just bought bigger jeans and moved on with my life. I’m happy, I’m healthy (for the most part) and to all the people (mostly people close to me) who have decided to make comments about my weight gain (15lbs to be exact) I would just like to say that I’m content with my body, I don’t intend on losing weight to fit into smaller clothes, and it would be super cool of you dropped it 😁 I’m not a stick but damn I feel like a 10 🙌 Getting thick ain’t a sin ✌️
