The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) says .36 grams per pound. That is an average of 46 grams for women per day. Seriously. I AM A MOM!
Who has time for that? 🙄 I have so many other things as a parent to do and remember - and I am HORRIBLE at remembering to eat let alone get enough protien.
