همه رو داخل غذا ساز مخلوط كنيد
گوجه فرنگى ٤عدد
فلفل سياه ٥-٦ عدد
ميخك ٥ عدد .

برگ بو ٢عدد
شير نارگيل ١عدد قوطى فلزى
گشنيز تازه ١/٢پ
نعناع ١/٤ پ
اول از همه روغن رو گرم كنيد و فلفل سياه،برگ بو،ميخك و هل رو بريزيد كه تفت بخورد سپس پياز خلال شده رو اضافه كنيد وتفت بديد كه طلايی بشه،گوجه خرد شده را اضافه كنيد كمى تفت دهید خمیر ماسالا رو بريزيد و تفت بديد تا آبش كشيده بشه،گوشت رو اضافه كنيدو تفت بديد كه بوش گرفته بشه و بعدش شير نارگيل،گشنيز و نعناع اضافه كنيد با كمى آب و اجازه بدید كه گوشت بپزد برنج و نمك اضافه كنيد و بزاريد كه دم بكشد.

------- FISH CROQUETTES - BENGALI MAACHER CHOP------
I prepared these Bengali favorite few weeks ago for a get together at my place. i was very pleased with the outcome so thought of jotting down the recipe for future reference and also encourage some of you to try these not-so-difficult-as-chop-sounds recipe and enjoy with a hot cup of tea !!😊😊
-Tilapia Fish: 4 fillets
-Large potato: 2
-Onion: 1 and 1/2 - finely chopped -Ginger and garlic: 1 and 1/2 tbsp -finely grated
-Spices - cumin powder, coriander powder, fresh crushed black pepper, salt sugar to taste
-Cilantro: 1 cup -chopped
-Lime Juice: 2 Tbsp
For Dredging and frying:
-Eggs : 4 - beaten
-Oil - for shallow frying
Execute the below two tasks in parallel
1.Cook fish by adding it to boiled water with some salt for 8-9 minutes. Once done, pat dry the cooked fish and flake it with a fork.
2.Boil potato (cut into small pieces) in pressure cooker or microwave it with little water for 10 minutes. Mash the boiled potatoes and keep aside.
Make the croquettes:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger and garlic. Fry till the onions are slightly caramelized. Add green chillies, cooked fish, and spices. Blend all together and cooked for 3-4 minutes.
2.Add mashed potato, cilantro, lemon juice. mix well and cook for another 2-3 mins. then keep aside to let it cool down.
3. Once cool to touch, take a scope of the mixture on you palm and make small patties.
4. Dust some flour on the patties and place it on a plate. The flour will prevent the patties from sticking to the plate
5.Keep the patties in fridge for about an hour. It will ensure the patties hold together and are not too soft or sticky to crumble / break while frying.
Dredge and fry :
1.Heat oil in a pan
2.Take out the croquettes from fridge. Dip each patty in the beaten egg mixture then cover it with breadcrumbs and fry it till golden brown
3. Put the "chops" in a paper towel to soak the excess oil
4.Sprinkle some chaat masala and enjoyyy hot!!
