First week of training for 2019 and everyone is really feeling the pain after the New Years holidays and that's a great sign but do take it easy on the first 2 weeks 😇 many people have different goals and my advice for you to achieve your goal is:
✔ dont compare yourself with others. FOCUS
✔ hang out with people who are trying to achieve the common goal like, joining in one of Fit Soul Academy fitness classes that we provide to help you lose the most fat.
✔believe and see it in your mind before trying
✔Think of the benefits you'll have once you achieve that goal
✔last but not least, all of the above!
