means fall of the bone ribs coated with tangy bbq sauce and the best French fries I’ve ever had. Double blanched kennebec potatoes with beef tallow. They actually taste very “potatoey” unlike other fries. Just pure potato flavor. Like if these frites were level 10 in potato flavor, fast food fries are like level 4. Ok you get the picture.
