I never share much about it, but I love, love food. I became a vegetarian this year after being a "flexitarier" for a long time. I've been going through quite an experimental journey to try and learn more about getting the nutritions I need out of the alternatives. Therefor I decided to start a small illustration series called #evadrawsfood
where I draw the ingredients of a vegetarian or vegan recipe I found, tried and absolutely loved. While I try a lot of recipes nowadays, I will (for now) only draw the recipes that are fairly easy and quick to make so I hope it inspires you to give it a try.
The recipe of this drawing is a red lentil pasta with an avocado sauce which is a recipe by @francescaeatsroses
and the only changes I made was leaving out the chilli and coriander as I'm not a fan of these tastes.
Small disclaimer, I will always credit the sources. Also, I will draw out the herbs/spices in its full shape, I obviously used the powder versions while cooking.
Red lentil pasta, pepper, cumin, garlic, nutritional yeast, rucola and avocado.
