Being a mom ain’t easy!
You have the responsibility of keeping these tiny little humans alive and happy. That is so much easier said then done 🤣.
Do you know how many emotions a toddler goes through on a daily basis?! ((That number does not exist🤣)) Plus all your emotions you go through while dealing with their emotions?! It’s just like this giant emotion tornado and there are cows flying by and there is no ruby slippers!
It’s so hard to teach them how to work through their emotions while you are probably sleep deprived and only ate the scraps of what your kids didn’t eat. .
No real person can survive like that! But you, since we are moms and that is what we do! We figure it out and we make it work and hell we might be messing them up a littler here and there but that is what builds character. .
Am I right?!
Surround yourself with those who bring out the best on you, not the stress in you.
The day I said yes to myself was the day my friend told me that she, too, was going to start her own journey. We ALWAYS talked about working out "together", like sending each snaps of us exercising or sending a text saying we got one in but it would NEVER happen.
We wanted the accountability, the tribe, the support and motivation, and the online, at home workouts. So we said yes to ourselves, together and we also said yes to coaching, to share what we have with others. We wanted to do this together, to hold each other accountable, to push each other when things got hard and to support each one another.
Life is so busy with kids, house hold chores, full time and part time jobs. The thing about time is we always think we have it but we don't. So always find time to do things that make you feel happy to be alive. Take time to focus on your health, take a moment to dive into a good book, and take a few minutes to catch up with an old friend.
