I am so thankful with gratitude tonight🙏
Starting with some Friday night gratitudes.
Thinking back to days when I was young and dumb and thought I was #tenfoottallandbulletproof
and I could get away with basically anything. Everything I did was 💯 % Mistakes and most everything without moderation. I’ve hesitated writing this for awhile, but thought it might help at least one person. When I was first in the AF, I pushed and never wanted to be last or miss out on a party 🎈 🎊 🎉!!
Friends after an early divorce, fun and hanging out and many laughs. Drinks were fun, but moderation was not in the vocabulary 😂😂 The difficulty led to not wanting to let anyone down, always trying to be perfect. Years ago, wrecking that beautiful Camaro Berlineta😎😵, but not learning my lesson 😂 That day of getting stopped, going for an overnight stay and facing others I let down was not bearable. So long ago now, but that morning after, I actually contemplated ending it, I know, not easy to believe but it was true.
Again, I’m grateful for the gift of life and want to share that with others. It is possible to grow and get stronger through faith, fitness, health, and personal development every day.
Sorry for the long post but thought it was time I shared why I’m so passionate with fitness (mentally and physically) and will continue to focus on hopefully inspiring others that there is a way out. Now moderation in everything combined with a cleaner eating lifestyle with fitness, faith, and positivity is so much more freeing!! I’m so thankful to grow and be given a second chance . Also why I was bound to give others a second chance if I could. No matter how hard your day is, or life is, YOU are worth it.
