Felt sick cuz I still kinda am begging of the session. Squats went like poop. Bench felt the best it has in a month somehow and I hit the # I wanted on Deads with good speed. Prep is starting pickup states is khemmin. Not my final form yet.
Someone once had told me .. Everything that happens happens for a good reason..
Maybe that's the reason I was broken .. Hurted.. and going through a emtional breakdown😂😂..
But, I guess now tables have turned.. things have changed ..and this time for better.
