Got it in, but didn’t love it! My son accidentally kicked me in the eye yesterday 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I ended up with a corneal abrasion. 😒 Anyway, takes 4-5 days to heal, so contacts aren’t happening. Fire works are going to be out, more than likely a few drinks and a few calorie dense foods. You can feel your good intentions and chicken salad meals slipping away. Let's put a plan together. I get them myself quite often too and it’s the most annoying thing ever for me and wanted to share what I do on those days to help me pick me up. I listen to music that’s going to motivate me & inspire me (idk why but it helps me a lot too get out of my head) I also like to read motivational quotes that I have saved on my phone.
