You know what’s wrong with the meal prep/recipe boxes you get shipped to your home?
💰For one, they’re expensive as hell!
➡️But most importantly, you don’t have the freedom to adjust the recipes to work for you and your family.
🛑Want to add in zucchini? Too bad! It didn’t come in the box.
🛑Don’t like mushrooms? Guess you’ll have to waste them even though you spend money on them.
🛑wasn’t to learn how to do this on your OWN without perfectly portioned ingredients? Too bad. The recipes only work if you follow them exactly, no matter what you actually like.
❓What if you had the tools and the resources to be able to prep healthy meals what actually fit your lifestyle AND your budget?
👾Because of these robot boxes with rules that don’t allow for inspiration, in here to show you how you CAN prepare simple & healthy meals without ingredients in baggies and recipes you may not even like.
😱In fact, I’ll show you how you can crate 20 HEALTHY MEALS IN 60 MINUTES for under $3/meal (the meals in this pic)! You’re going to LEARN the methods that work, and they work without spending hundreds of dollars on delivered boxes. 💯 Because what happens when the box goes away?!
🕓You can keep wasting your time and your money trying to actually find what works, or you can join the Dinner With Jazzy: Virtual Meal Prepping Workshop happening on MONDAY (11/19)!
‼️Click the link in my bio to reserve your spot ASAP and receive your ‘Ingredients & Supplies’ list so we can cook together (or so you can watch the full replay)! And guess what else? 🍴This is about SUSTAINABLE change — so you’ll also be receiving an entire FREE MONTH of Your Dinner Is Planned.
💚This virtual workshop is the most efficient & affordable way to meal prep... and I’m showing you how.
Avocado with chicken salad. Sub with shrimp or tuna.. it works with just about anything. #lunch
🍪It’s soft and it’s melty and it’s delicious and it’s here to infuse happiness into your life: it’s a chocolate chip cookie with an almond flour base and a Jazzy spin. 🌀
🍪This delicious cookie also wants you to go read the post right before this one to learn why the word “healthy” can be BULLSHIT, and also learn how you can work 1:1 with me in your home for a private VIP experience (➡️only if you’re ready to make a serious commitment to changing your life to stop just “getting by” each day, and step up into your best self⬅️).
🍪The recipe for these is easyyy! Simply combine 1 1/2c almond flour, 1/3c melted coconut oil, 1T ghee, 1/2c organic cane sugar, 2 eggs, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, roll into balls, and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
🍪The Jazzy spin?? A tad bit more salt than you’d normally think to add (about 1/2t at the least). I typically always add extra salt to my cookie recipes!! Why? It really enhances the flavors, and often makes you go “Wait, what is making these so delicious?!” I mean, aside from the fact that it’s a soft, gooey cookie lol, the salt really makes a difference. Sometimes I’ll even sprinkle some salt on top right before they go into the oven. You CAN easily *over* salt something, so start by adding just a tiny bit more than usual to your cookie dough... I’m certain you’ll like the results!
A deliciously fresh side salad with a homemade dressing. Why wouldn’t you want to make Jazzy dressings instead of buying processed dressings from the bottle?! Not only is a homemade dressing fresher, it’s also more affordable! 💰 🍴Simply whisk 1/3c olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, 2T red wine vinegar, 1t coconut sugar, and 2t dried oregano. YUM! ✔️
☀️Affordability and simplicity are two of the main reasons I’m hosting the Dinner With Jazzy: Virtual Meal Prepping Workshop (in less than a week)! Together, we will prepare 💥20 MEALS IN 60 MINUTES💥!!
➡️You can continue to try this on your own and get frustrated and spend WAY too much time in your kitchen, or you can join the workshop for the most efficient and affordable solution 👊. We’ll be creating all of these recipes in 60 minutes:
✅Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes
✅Cabbage & Kielbasa Soup
✅Chicken & Broccoli Pasta w/ Garlic Parmesan Sauce
✅Teriyaki Ground Turkey & Green Beans
✅Chicken Tacos w/ Roasted Bell Peppers

Desta Ethiopian Kitchen was just as we expected it to be finger licking good - literally. Great atmosphere and definitely love the ambiance by the outside patio at night time - a tree is literally in the middle of the architecture, giving you the illusion of a being in a treehouse.
We selected from the signature entrees select an item for lines 1-3 and a dish was chicken, injera and potato stew with the Awaze to spice it up 😋 the food and experience was great... Please do not eat injera with a fork - it can get these 🤚 . Wash up by the patio or go to the restroom... but clean hands will get the job done.
FYI - Their menu has a word glossary if you are left in the dark about what some of the menu selection are.
