Fall things 🍁🍂🎃 Actually didn’t expect there to be a pumpkin patch in Los Angeles but I was pleasantly proven wrong. I remember as a kid @mariapaparo @jessipaparo would go to the Johnson’s Farm pumpkin patch every year and get apple cider donuts. Apple Pie Oats 🍎 - 1/2 Cup Oats - 1 Apple - 1 Cup Almond Milk - 1 Tsp Cinnamon - 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg - 1 Tbs Maple Syrup - 14 Almonds Instructions: 1. Put oats and milk into a saucepan 2. While the oats are cooking, cut half the apple into small cubes and place them into the pan along with cinnamon and nutmeg 3. Wait about 4-8 minutes for oats to cook depending on how you like them 4. Slice the other half of the apple along with almonds while waiting for the oats to cook 5. Once the oats are done, pour them into a bowl and top with almonds, maple syrup and apples 🍎

Day 107: - My body is sore because I’ve been absolutely destroying my workouts recently and I mean I’m leaving the gym without a rep left in me 💪🏼 - The plan is to just overload the muscles and fill them up with blood and water which will enable them to grow and more muscle mass a person carries them the more calories they burn 🔥 - I have been fasting also the past two weeks eating 8 hours a day which isn’t too bad and to be honest I adapted quite quickly to it because I love food early mornings 🍔 - I have been getting a lot of messages about what I’m doing to lose weight etc and it’s simply just smashing weights because when I first lost 140lbs I didn’t do weights until I was down maybe 70lbs and soon as I did the weight dropped off me so I know it’s vital. I’m also doing cardio after it for 30 minutes which is a decent paced walk on an incline which roughly burns 350-400 calories. I always do cardio after weights and also I am training fasted 👀 - I’m hoping the next few months the weight will show good results because I’m doing it...I am not giving up 👍

You can make a big batch of it and enjoy it throughout week in so many different ways (as lettuce wraps, sandwiches, as a dip, salad topping, on a whole wheat wrap...). 👩🏻‍🍳 . . I highly recommend you give this one a try, here’s what you’ll need:📝 . . Ingredients: . . Yields 4-6 servings -2 cups of shredded chicken breast -3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt (make sure it’s plain, not vanilla flavored!) -1/2 cup of chopped celery -1/3 cup of chopped shallot or white onion -1/2 cup of chopped granny smith apple -1/2 cup of halved green grapes -1/2 cup of walnuts -Salt & pepper to taste -Juice of 1/2 lemon -2 tablespoons of dijon mustard . . Instructions: . . 1. Poach your chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred into the desired size (I like mine in small bits). 2. Wash and chop the onion, celery, apple, grapes, and nuts, then set to the side. 3. Make the dressing base by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper, and dijon mustard. 4. Add in the chicken and the rest of ingredients into the dressing and mix until thoroughly combined. 5.
