Had a late leg session last night. I didn’t wanna. I didn’t wanna at all!!! Whenever I lack motivation I just remind myself of how good I feel post workout, no matter what time it is! Get it done. Here’s what I did. ————————————————————
▪️Leg extensions (4 sets of 8-10)
▪️Cable side raises (4 sets of 10 on each leg) Superset with ⬇️
▪️Sumo kettlebell squat (4 sets of 10)
▪️Donkey kick machine (4 sets of 8-10 on each leg)
▪️Narrow stance leg press (4 sets of 8-10) Superset with ⬇️
▪️Calf press (4 sets of 15)
