Luego empapa rápidamente cada rodaja de pan con la mezcla. Precalienta una sartén y añade un trozo de mantequilla. Coloca cada rodaja en la sartén y deja cocinar hasta que estén doradas. Sirve de inmediato, decora con arándanos frescos y una pizca de Nevella para dar un toque de sabor. Si deseas puedes agregar una pizca de canela en polvo para brindar un toque especial. . . Farfalle integrali trafilate al bronzo con crema/pesto di spinaci e ricotta con olive nere,pomodorini,cipolla rossa e spezie varie:aglio,pepe,sale,olio evo e pizzico di zenzero;tranci di tonno cotti in padella con capperi,salsa di soia,zenzero, pomodorini e mezzo bicchiere d'acqua. Amalgamato il tutto a fine cottura , prima le farfalle con il tonno e successivamente aggiunto e fatta rapprendere la crema. Another way of using up over ripe plantains or bananas😃. 1 ripe plantain or banana, 2tbsps sprouted buckwheat, 1 egg, 2tbsps olive oil or butter,1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp baking powder( optional) and unsweetened almond milk. Hello Après un bon run en fractionné ce matin un bon bowlcake de @thibault_geoffray Hier soir du n'importe quoi niveau alimentaire(gâteaux apero puis crevettes puis 1 croque monsieur puis yaourt chocolat puis gâteau de savoie) et du coup je culpabilise aujourd'hui avec ma zone 🔴 en prime ! Je vais faire 1 cure de chrome et de l-glutamine pour gérer l'envie du sucre qui revient. .. avec trop de sollicitations trop de coca zéro trop de chocolat. Le poids ne varie pas forcément mais mon corps le ressent et j'ai une mauvaise assimilation du sucre donc je dois faire gaffe que ça ne me généré pas de crise de boulimie non vomitive.
