Eğer humus seviyorsanız bu nohut köftelerini çok seversiniz ben humus aşırı sevmem ama ona rağmen bu köfteleri sevdim🤤 Malzemeler 1 su bardağından biraz fazla haşlanmış nohut( 1 gün önceden suda beklemiş ıslatılmış) 1 küçük boy soğan Biraz maydanoz (yeşil soğanda ekleyebilirsiniz ben eklemedim) 1 diş sarımsak Karabiber Pul biber 1 çay kaşığı Kimyon Tuz Bütün malzemeleri rondodan geçirip istediğiniz şekli verdikten sonra susama batırıp yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tepsisinde kızarana kadar pişirebilirsiniz. Préparation de 8 repas post training pour cette semaine et semaine prochaine. J'ai 2 parts de couscous déjà au congélateur. Ici 4 portions de paella + 2 portions de boulettes de poulet aux courgettes riz et crème de coco +2 portions de pâtes carbo healthy Toutes les recettes sont du programme de @thibault_geoffray , préparées en 1h30 vaisselle rangement et ménage compris ! J'ai 2 plats low carb pour ce soir et demain aussi et de quoi faire au fur et à mesure les plats d'ici là fin de semaine (salad jar - poisson blanc et galettes oeufs jambon) Je ne veux rien lâcher donc j'anticipe la grosse semaine de déménagement. Ensuite on sera pendant 4 mois chez mes beaux parents mais ils savent que je ne mangerais pas comme eux et ça ne les gêne pas donc ça me rassure !
