Turkish cuisine is well known for its stuffed and wrapped vegetable dishes called 'dolma' and 'sarma.' Tiny green peppers stuffed with rice better known as 'biber dolması' is one of the most popular. They are easier to make than other stuffed and wrapped dishes because the peppers don't need much preparation. Just remove the stems with your thumb and they're ready for stuffing.

Instant Pot Black Bean Soup!
1 Red onion, diced
3 Cloves of garlic, minced
½ bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 TBSP of Cumin
2 TBSP of Chili Powder
½ TSP of Cayenne Pepper
14 oz. of dry black beans (about 2 cups)
*I soaked them for about 5 hours prior
3 cups Vegetable Broth, plus extra Water
•Add the red onion, garlic, and chopped cilantro into the Instant Pot with a splash of Water. Using the Sauté setting, cook the veggies for 2-3 minutes, or until translucent.
•Next, add the spices to the Instant Pot, & sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.Add the dried black beans to the pot along with the vegetable broth. Stir well. Make sure there is about 1 inch of broth above the beans.
•Cover and seal the pot, then set the pressure to High for 30 Minutes.
•Force release the pressure from the iPot, and carefully blend the soup by using an Immersion blender, or by transferring it to a blender. I blended about half of my soup so there would still be some texture to it.
•Garnish w/ sour cream, avocado, scallions, cilantro and/or diced tomatoes!

Mélanger la farine et la levure puis tamisez la .Dans une casserole mettre l huile , le beurre , le sel arrivée à une température de 70 degrés retirez du feu . Ajoutez y le miel le sucre vanillé et le lait froid mélangez le tt . Battre les oeufs , le jaune et le sucre . Ajoutez farine et levure au mélange oeufs sucre . Quand le mélange beurre huile à atteint 45 degrés versez le sur la pâte en fouettant sans cesse ajoutez les pépites de chocolat mélangez . Mettre 1h au frigo . Puis préchauffé à le four à 200 degrés. Si vous voulez les faire dans un moule à madeleine beurrez le et farinez le Si vous voulez les faire dans un moule à cupcake placez vos caissettes . Versez la pâte dans les empreintes ou caissettes . I am just obsessed with beans and eggs in the morning to go with my protein smoothie but as good as the ones at the shops are, they're often packed with sugar and salt! Make some of your own beans at home and it'll definitley cut back in these areas! You don't have to live salt and sugar free but being in charge of what goes on is always good! super green spaghetti with my own twist. Best yet.
Super Green Pea Spaghetti
1 head broccoli, chopped
2 cups frozen peas
1 clove garlic
25g parmesan, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
100g Greek style feta
Good extra virgin olive oil
Cook spaghetti according to packet instruction minus one minute. Drain. Reserve a cup of cooking water.
While the spaghetti is cooking, place broccoli pieces (stem and all) in a sauce pan. Top up with water to about half the height of the broccoli and add butter. Cook for 3 minutes. Add frozen peas and garlic cloves and cook for another 1 minute. Add grated parmesan.
Using a stick blender, blend the green mixture into a thick sauce. Add reserved cooking water if necessary. Taste and season with salt & pepper. Remember that we'll be adding the salty feta so make sure you under salt at this point.
Toss the sauce through the spaghetti. Serve with crumbled feta and a good drizzle of good extra virgin olive (I love the grassy Cobram Estate one for this dish, not sponsored). Everyone in the fam loves it. Even the fussy one.
Alternatives: I've pretty much used every green I have lying around (though always peas) including but not limited to asparagus, frozen spinach, kale and edamame. I've also tried ricotta instead of feta and that's nice too but I like feta better. I also think about trying avocado as well but haven't yet. #eatallthehomecooking

I made these on a wet windy autumn evening. The lights of the city had all come on against the black sky. The kitchen was cold so I put the oven on and kept it’s door open as I washed up. I’d been wanting to make this recipe from Made In Hackney for weeks, and tonight was the night.
Last week I stopped drinking coffee. It wasn’t easy but now a week later the immediate withdrawal symptoms had gone but I felt a bit blue, and as I was preparing for an autumnal Ayurvedic cleanse I wasn’t eating processed sugar or chocolaty treats. Well these apricot balls did the trick. They were a smooth texture, really solid and tasted gorgeous, I can’t recommend them enough.
This is a great treat for Vata dosha really help to nourish them, eat as a snack mid morning and afternoon. Pitta dosha can enjoy the sweetness of this dish but Kapha you need to be careful of this one, just eat one occasionally and watch to see if you start to feel sugglish, mucus build up or flat the next day. https://madeinhackney.org/recipes/recipe/raw-apricot-energy-balls

🍒Black Cherry Raspberry with Schisandra
1⁄2 cup butter, softened (you can use margarine but the flavor will not be the same)
2 2⁄3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
1⁄3 cup half-and-half cream (can use unwhipped whipping cream in place of half and half) or 1⁄3 cup milk (can use unwhipped whipping cream in place of half and half)
1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
1⁄3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for light)
1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for medium)
3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for dark rich)
Cream the butter in a small bowl.
Blend in the cocoa powder (the amount desired for a light, medium or dark flavor), vanilla, confectioners sugar, alternately with the cream.
Beat with an electric mixer, until the desired texture is achieved.
**NOTE** because of the additional cocoa powder more cream may have to be added in to reach desired consistency.

: for tawa chicken kebabs, marinate boneless chicken thighs 250gms with 2 large tablespoons of smooth grounded onion paste, 1 small tablespoon of ginger paste, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder, and a pinch of kasuri methi crushed (dried fenugreek leaves). Marinate it thoroughly and let it rest for 1 hour, heat a tablespoon of refined oil in a non stick pan and once the oil is hot, place the marinated pieces on medium heat, cook till done and there is a little bit of charring.

Grate roma tomatoes into enough puree to cover your bread quantity of choice - don't forget Helgas Low Carb bread or Bakers Delight's Lo-Fo loaf if you're sensitive to FODMAPs / full-strength wheat bread 😉👍🏼. 2. Either rub a clove of garlic over the hot toast before adding the tomato, then drizzle with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil.. OR... just use garlic-infused oil if intolerant to garlic. 3. ⬇️Recipe Below Makes 5-8 🥞⬇️
1 Pancake Mix from @sweetpeapantry
1 Flax Egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water)
200ml Non-Dairy Milk (I used Oat milk)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
Dark Chocolate, Melted (Can use any vegan chocolate)
Handful Of Fresh raspberries
A Few Or More Sprigs Of Mint
1️⃣ Start by making the flax egg by combing the 1 tbsps ground flaxseeds to the 3 tbsps water, leave to set int he fridge for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Meanwhile, measure out the 200ml non-dairy milk and add the dry pancake mix. When the flax egg has set add that too along with the optinal 1 tsp of Vanilla extract if you're including.
3️⃣ Preheat a pan over medium heat and cook roughly 2-3 tbsp of the batter at a time. Once bubbles start to appear flip the pancake and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
4️⃣ Serve as you wish but to serve as I did stack them high then drizzle some of the melted chocolate on top and then top with the handful of fresh raspberries. Garnish with a sprinkle of puffed quinoa and then a few sprigs of mint. Serve and enjoy 💚!
A quick dessert, thick thick smoothie of 1 banana, 1/2 cup cashew nuts, 1 cup coconut water, 1/2 tsp cardamon, 1/2 tbs hazelnut butter. Frothy, smooth, velvet and lovely. Easy cauliflower fried rice recipe 🤗 it’s my new go-to low carb side dish when I’m craving Chinese take-out!
6 thin sliced chicken breasts
14 oz peas & carrots
10 oz cauliflower rice
4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp EVOO
Salt & pepper
Bake chicken in oven at 375F for about 15-20 mins
Steam cauliflower rice, carrots & peas
Combine veggies with chicken into large saute pan
Heat a small saute pan over medium heat and spray with oil, add the eggs and cook
Combine all ingredients together
Add 4 tbsp of soy sauce
Season with salt & peppa
You guys.. it really does taste like fried rice 🍚 and guess what- it’s perfect for meal prep!!

De par sa facilité et sa rapidité de réalisation il est exquis et se conserve assez longtemps, il garde ses saveurs et son moelleux très bien en le mettant dans une cloche à gâteau ou découpé dans une boite hermétique, bon je l’avoue chez moi il ne fait pas long feu, il a été dévoré en deux jours ! Pour plus de gourmandise vous pouvez le servir avec une sauce ou une ganache au chocolat noir ou au lait comme vous le désirez, ou avec une crème anglaise, une boule de glace à la vanille, un caramel au beurre salé ou le déguster nature !
