3 weeks! It took me 3 weeks after crossing that finish line in Chamonix to put my running gear back on and to go back out running the mountains. 3 weeks of complete break from running. TDS surely took its toll on me, both physically and mentally. 3 weeks for my knees to be pain free, thanks @bergenbodywork
for the recovery. 3 weeks to recover mentally and find space for running again. I took the time to focus on other important things in life and I now feel eager to run the trails again. I surely needed that break to find new challenges for 2019. But before 2019 there is a ski season, and I am really looking forward to it!
