😍 Hearty Breakfast Tofu Scramble 😍
Fast one pan recipe for a filling breakfast!
Tofu, tomatoes, greens, onions, mushrooms, garlic, 🥑 with sides of avacodo, pickled mushroom, pickled okra. 😋
👩🍳 I used soft tofu and make rough cut cubes. First I pan fry onion and garlic until translucent. Then add mushrooms, tomatoes, and tofu. Stir while adding coconut aminos and seasoning of your choice until moisture is reduced. Add fresh greens, cook till soft, then add chopped cilantro, and serve. Bon appetite!

Pão VEGANO delicioso!! 🍞 📍Ingredientes:
- 6 xícaras de farinha de trigo - 2 xícaras de água morna - 1 pacotinho de fermento pra pão - 4 colheres de óleo - 4 colheres de açúcar - 1 colher de sal 📝Modo de fazer:
Misture todos os ingredientes, sove a massa, coloque em uma tigela coberta com uma tampa ou pano limpo, e deixe descansar de preferência em um local fechado(ex: forno desligado) por aproximadamente 20 minutos, ou até a massa dobrar de tamanho.
Depois desse tempo, sove a massa novamente, corte em 3 pedaços iguais, molde e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 40 minutos. ✔️Opcional 1: misture azeite com 1 colher de cúrcuma e passe sobre os pães antes de Assar. Eles ficarão moreninhos.😉 ✔️ Opcional 2: Passe o pão em uma mistura de azeite com orégano.

Long term consistency always wins over short term intensity. It’s not what we do once in a while that changes our lives, it’s what we do consistently. These quotes only truly made sense to me once I practiced true consistency and noticed the results. I used to consistently use the word moderation to justify eating things I knew I shouldn’t. I consistently fell off a workout plan. I consistently allowed negative beliefs about myself to shape my self love. I was consistently bombarded by images that made me want certain foods. It wasn’t until I changed what I was doing consistently, that things actually changed. I consistently made positive food choices, eating things I knew were proper. I was consistently abstinent from foods I knew full well were not serving me. I’m sitting here in the airport watching the TV consistently show commercials for restaurants and food that I’ll never eat again. We are flooded by stimuli trying to make us crave, justify and consume these things. When you consistently feed your eyes with positive photos of raw foods, healthy images and stop exposing yourself to the stuff you know is not helpful to you, it’s so much easier to live the life you dream of. And I’m not saying it’s gonna be easy! There’s ads and posts from friends and family all over social media. Smells from restaurants and neighbors. It’s hard to escape! But you can help reprogram your mind by flooding your feed with images of where you want to be. It’s a daily practice. Expose yourself to your vision. Create and use daily affirmations. Stick to your plan. Hide, block, delete and ignore stuff that will trigger you. You’ll never get rid of it all, but you can do a lot. You’re stronger than you think! 🥗

Hi guy’s �Hope you had an amazingly week and weekend !!! Mine was great like always! I was swamped with new project so I took a small week off. Yesterday we where in Montréal’s old port with Anonymous for the voiceless, we had an amazing time and made the decision to do more activism … Today’s diner is a creamy mushroom , green bean and rice dish…. IT WAS AMAZING -
GREEN BEANS - 2 boxes of green beans - 2 small boxes of snap peas
- 7 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp of olive oil - 2 whole garlic - Salt and pepper
MUSHROOM - 2 boxes of 650 gr of mushrooms
- 1 soy cream can - Salt and pepper - 4 pieces of french shallots
OPTIONAL - 4 tbsp of white wine - Vegan cheese
Rice : Brown Rice
Have an amazing day ! Don’t forget, cooking is nice only if you are having fun and trying new things! Don’t be scared, I burned, threw out a couple of dishes before being able to just put things together in my head.
