My smoothie was the following: Frozen nanas Golden kiwi Peach Spinach Passion fruit Almond milk Parsley Wheatgrass @sarifoodscompany Camu camu berry powder @nature.restore A half scoop of @biotrition.co.uk vegan powder Maca powder Chia seeds ...basically everything I put my hands on😁 My toppings were: Frozen berries Passion fruit Linseed, sunflower & pumpkin seeds Coconut . . . Had this after some yoga with my favourite peppermint tea candle by @veganbunnyco... peppermint tea is my queen of teas so it stands to reason I would absolutely adore this scent😍💚💚💚 . One week difference! Photo on the left taken one week ago..photo on the right taken this morning! I can see the difference! I’ve lost almost 7 pounds in two weeks KETO/Intermittent Fasting! So much faster than intermittent fasting alone..haven’t been intermittent fasting every single day..I can’t because of headaches and have to drink coconut milk in the morning to take headache meds so messes up my fasting for 16 hours, but still!! Wow! Took me three months to lost 10 pounds intermittent fasting and Phentermine alone and keto really amped it up fast! Not taking Phentermine either! My goal is to lose 10 more pounds, then I’ll back off a little and let it re-set and begin again..keto is similar to Atkins I used to do years ago..sugar and starches make me blow up..I can’t eat that stuff every day and stay a certain weight...for the rest of my life I guess..I was just eating whatever and it was packing in the weight! I finally received my pink Himalayan salt capsules in mail. I'm very excited! Why? As you know ketogenic diet dehydrates. Getting enough salts with my meals is sometimes strugglesome. Lack of salt (electrolytes) results in fatigue especially when I sweat so much during my workout sessions. Electrolyte drinks are not for me - I say no to sweeteners of any kind (natural or not). If I can avoid them, I will. So this is a perfect solution! I can pop one or 2 of these with my homemade iced herbal tea and I am all set!
