Nothing better than witnessing eager, questioning students evolve towards a level of allowing oneself to breath, and deepen through self observation and transform. This is my 8th 200 YTT...and each time I’m amazed at how towards the end of the course I/we get emotional ❤️and the energy of love for what we are doing takes each of us to a higher level of life. I am truly grateful to Sayonara Motta, trusting to share her school Deva YogaMynd with me. As we head to our ceremony to close this chapter in our lives, a new door will open bringing in more harmony and amazing yoga teachers who are prepared to bring peace into a world of need.
