The 2nd day in a row that I have saved a frog while at work!
This fella was in a room and I took him out to a cool shady bush where he could climb if he felt the desire.
What a great little creature. Love tree frogs!
Heading for a flick after work so hopefully some fish pics soon 👍🏼

Fall leaves and apple crisp🍎 Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this dessert is to die for and it’s super simple to make! The ingredients are:
1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
4 cups apples, chopped and peeled
Directions: In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Add in the butter little by little. Next, wash, peel, and cut around 5 medium sized apples. Put the apples into a bowl and add about 1/4 of the flour mixture to it and mix them together. Pour the apples into a buttered pan and cover them with the rest of the flour mixture. Press down lightly and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

Nothing like a stack of warm apple cinnamon pancakes on a cold fall day🥞 These pancakes only have 5 (yes 5!!) ingredients and are super simple to make! The ingredients are:
1/2 cup ground oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp vanilla coconut milk
I topped mine off with some fresh chopped apples (that I picked myself☺️☺️), cinnamon, and almond butter.
Happy Tuesday guys💛 We had some really warm weather in Montréal today and I have to say I’m ready for the fall weather to make a return😂 I’m just not a summer person. I love bundling up with sweaters and scarves when it’s freezing out, I find it so cozy! Anyways, hope you guys all had a productive day, here’s my breakfast from this morning🥑
Perfect day for apple pie🍎🥧 Happy thanksgiving to all my Canadians, hope you all had the best day! Here's the recipe for this amazing pie: .
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cold butter
1/4 cup cold water
6-8 cups thinly sliced apples (I used 7 small/medium sized apples)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions: For the crust, combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the cold butter little by little. Add the cold water in slowly until you achieve the desired texture (not too sticky!) Split your dough in half and put one half in the refrigerator. Roll out the other half and place it in your pie dish. For the filling, wash, peel, and thinly slice your apples. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add in the apples and mix well. Pour them into the pie dish. Take the other half of your dough out of the fridge and roll it out. Cut it into ten strips and place on top of apples in a lattice pattern. Brush the top with some egg wash and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes. Make sure to put tin foil around the edges of the pie so that it doesn't burn!
Went apple picking with the family today, prepare yourselves for all the apple recipes🙌🍎
And the festive desserts continue🎃 Made this pumpkin pie yesterday and it was👌 I used the foodwishes recipe on YouTube and topped my slice off with some whipped cream (not healthy I know but...🤷🏻♀️)
